The amounts are charged per boat, we do not charge per person. The boat is exclusive to the group regardless of whether or not it reaches the capacity limit of the vessel.

The responsibility for payment lies with the person renting the boat, the amount is fixed and must be paid in full, even if people are not for the trip.

1st Payment option: 50% deposit via pix, deposit or credit/debit card to reserve the date and the remaining 50% in CASH on the day of the trip. Without this cash payment there will be no boarding.

2nd Payment Option: Pay 100% of the tour amount on your credit/debit card in up to 12 installments, and in case of any installments, the fees will be borne by customers (in 12x plus 18% fee).

You can bring your own drinks and food, as long as it's not in glass containers/bottles.

Our sailor cooks the barbecue for you (included in the price).

Ice and charcoal can be reserved and paid for on the day of the trip.

We consult the weekly weather forecast daily. If you don't have a favorable climate for navigation, we'll schedule the day before or the next day for the tour.

If for some reason it is not possible to reschedule, we will refund your money in full. If the customer withdraws, it works like this (referring to 50% of the total amount at the time of booking):

Cancellation made up to 7 days before the day of the tour: Refund of 100% of the amount referring to the reservation (the local time scheduled for the tour will be considered, or 10.00 am if not specified).

Cancellation within 4 days: Return 50% of the amount referring to the reservation.

Cancellation 1, 2 or 3 days before the tour: LOSES 100% of the amount referring to the reservation.

When the passenger does not show up on the agreed date and time, the service is considered provided and the passenger is not entitled to a refund. LOSES 100% of the amount referring to the reservation.

If at the time and date scheduled for the start of the lease there is incidence of strong winds or rain, as well as a warning of bad weather issued by the Navy Hydrography Center covering the area and period of the lease, the departure will be rescheduled according to availability of dates. If this is not possible, the reservation amount will be refunded in full (100%). Only for climatic reasons.

Inform the purpose of the lease in advance. It is allowed to consume alcoholic beverages, listen to music and have fun on board, as long as the passenger limit is respected and behavior that violates good customs is prohibited.
